DELIVERY

For all Orders please ensure you provide a contact mobile number

Dispatch Schedule

All UK orders that are authorised before 12pm Monday-Friday we aim to send out on the same day. Any orders made later will be sent out the next working day.

All International orders that are authorised before 12pm Monday-Friday we aim to send out the next working day. Any orders made later will be sent out the following working day.

Tracking Your Sage Clothing Order

When you place your order with us you will receive two e-mails.

Firstly, your order will be sent to our dispatch centre and you will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed.

Once your designer clothing has been picked, packed and dispatched, another email confirming your unique tracking number will be sent, allowing you to track your order until the moment it is delivered to your door.

Please note that all orders will need to be signed for.

UK Delivery

 We offer two services in the U.K for shipping.

Standard Service

Our first service is DPD Local Next Day Delivery Service which runs to your door 5 days a week and there are no extra surcharges on residential deliveries. This service provides online tracking but only limited insurance. Please ensure you provide your mobile number as they will text you with a one hour time slot of when your order will be delivered.

Saturday Delivery

All Royal Mail (Saturday Deliveries) will be delivered for the upcoming Saturday. This service provides online tracking but only limited insurance.

If you are unfortunate to be away when they deliver your designer clothing, don't worry as the driver will leave a calling card. You then have one of two options: -

Visit your local depot and collect your goods. (Please ensure you take appropriate ID)

Call your local depot and arrange to have your goods redelivered at no extra charge

Express Service

Our second service is DHL. Our express service provides online tracking and insurance.

International Delivery

We ship to over 230 countries worldwide offering two services in the U.K for shipping. Please note there may be customs charges to pay for International Orders which we do not cover in the cost of shipping.

NON-EU Orders Save 20% Off on VAT

All orders shipping to NON-EU countries will have 20% automatically deducted at the checkout. 

If you are unable to see this please keep the currency set to GBP and at the checkout have the shipping address set to UK. Then change it to your country and you will see the subtotal price change by 20%.

Delivery Rates

We don't add any additional costs on shipping charges and therefore the cost of ordering will vary depending on weight.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item(s) to us 14 days after receiving your order and in its original condition with all tags connected (tried only for fit and sizing). 

Please Note:

The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own safety we recommend you return item(s) using a recorded service that carries insurance.

Please enclose the original paperwork. International Orders please state item is a return on all forms as we will refund you less any fees

Underwear and Swimwear Policy- Please note for hygiene reasons we are not able to accept any Refunds or Exchanges on any Underwear or Swimwear Purchased.

Refunds

Please allow up to 3 working days for the refund amount to appear in your bank account. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the good(s) less any delivery charges you paid for in purchasing and returning the good(s).

Exchanges

Please note we do not offer exchanges, if you would like to change your order, please return your item(s) and submit a new order. We in turn will process your refund and send out your new order.

Faulty Item/ Incorrect Item Received

If you have been sent a faulty or incorrect item please email customer services at orders at help@sageclothing.co.uk quoting your order number and the nature of the problem with your order and we will be happy to advise how to proceed with your return.

We refund you on the payment system used by you to pay.

PLEASE NOTE RETURNS CAN ONLY BE PROCEESED BY POSTING GOOD(S) BACK TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED AND NOT BY RETURNING IN STORE.
