 What forms of payment do you accept at Sage Clothing?

We accept all internationally recognised credit cards including as Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard and American Express. We also accept debit cards Delta, Solo, Switch and Maestro. We also accept Checkout By Amazon and PayPal.

 When will I actually be charged?

Once your designer clothing order has been authenticated you will receive an Order Confirmation email. At this point we will bill your card/ Paypal Account.

 How safe is it to pay using my credit or debit card?

When entering into the payment page at Sage Clothing will be taken via a secure and encrypted connection to our Pay Point secure payment site. The yellow padlock in the bottom right hand side of the browser will indicate that the server is secure and encrypted via SSL

 How will you use my personal details?

Sage Clothing only use your information to process your order and to provide you with a more personalised service. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We'll send you occasional emails promoting related products to the ones you purchased, if however you'd like to opt out of this service you can do so without obligation by emailing

 How much will it cost to send my order?

Shipping is charged at various rates depending on weight. Once you have added an item to the basket the different shipping charges will be show.

 How will you send my designer clothing order to me?

This depends on what service you select. We can ship via Interlinkl or DHL.

How long will my Sage Clothing order take to arrive?

Depending on what service you choose we can delivery next working day for UK deliveries and around a 2-3 days for international orders. Excludes Bank Holidays and National Holidays.

What happens if I need to return any of the designer items?

Our business is based purely around our customers and we look into every possible avenue to help ensure that we provide the highest level of service all round. We run a standard returns policy and ask that if you don't feel entirely satisfied with your purchase, that you return your goods to the address below within 14 days to ensure a full refund. Our full returns policy and legalities can be found under the Terms section of the site. Please ensure you completely fill out the form you will have received with your items explaining your reason for return.

The Sage Clothing site has been built to ensure easy navigation and browsing. Our Mens section for example, has been further split into categories and the jeans are split into fits  Products are listed in each of these sections to help you further find what you are looking for.

 Where can I find the best bargains on the site?

We regularly promote our best designer clothing deals. These are highlighted on the home page and will constantly be changing and updated. To ensure you get the best deal make sure you register with us and we'll do all the looking around for you.

 How do I convert European sizes to UK sizes?

We have provided a size guide within the help section to assist you in converting sizes. As we expand our brand section we will add the appropriate additional sizing guide but there is always additional information within each product description if a products fit differs from standard.
