If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item(s) to us 14 days after receiving your order and in its original condition with all tags connected (tried only for fit and sizing).
The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own safety we recommend you return item(s) using a recorded service that carries insurance.
Please enclose the original paperwork. International Orders please state item is a return on all forms as we will refund you less any fees
Underwear and Swimwear Policy- Please note for hygiene reasons we are not able to accept any Refunds or Exchanges on any Underwear or Swimwear Purchased.

Please allow up to 3 working days for the refund amount to appear in your bank account. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the good(s) less any delivery charges you paid for in purchasing and returning the good(s).
Please note we do not offer exchanges, if you would like to change your order, please return your item(s) and submit a new order. We in turn will process your refund and send out your new order.
Faulty Item/ Incorrect Item Received
